Last updated: 28 July 2026. These terms apply when you browse this website or place an order with Hole Lotta Dough. By ordering, you agree to the terms below.

1. About us

Hole Lotta Dough is a small-batch treats business based in Kenwyn, Cape Town. Questions about these terms or an order can be sent to holelottadoughh@gmail.com.

2. Orders and acceptance

Product availability may change. An order is accepted once payment has been successfully confirmed or we have confirmed a custom order in writing. We may contact you if information is incomplete or an item is unavailable.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in South African rand and include the amounts displayed at checkout. Online payments are securely processed by PayFast. Hole Lotta Dough does not receive or store your full card details.

4. Custom orders

Custom products are made from the information approved by the customer. Colours, decorations and handmade finishes may vary slightly from reference images. Changes requested after approval may affect price, availability or completion time.

5. Delivery and collection

Delivery is arranged through available courier services, including Fastway Couriers. Customers must provide a complete and accurate address and contact number. Collection arrangements and available time slots are confirmed directly with the customer.

6. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Please contact us as soon as possible if an order must be changed or cancelled. Eligibility depends on whether ingredients have been purchased or production has begun. Incorrect, damaged or unsuitable products should be reported promptly with the order details and photographs. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable South African law.

7. Perishable and personalised products

Because food products are perishable and custom products are made to order, they cannot normally be returned simply because of a change of mind once production has started. Approved refunds are processed through the appropriate payment method where possible.

8. Product information and allergens

Customers are responsible for reviewing the Product Disclaimer and telling us about allergies before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Product images are illustrative and handmade items may differ slightly in colour, shape and finish.

9. Website use and liability

Website information is provided in good faith and may be updated. To the extent permitted by law, Hole Lotta Dough is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect customer details, misuse of products, courier delays outside our reasonable control or events beyond our control.
