1. Allergens and shared preparation areas
Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat or gluten, milk or dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. Products are prepared in a shared environment, so we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from traces of allergens.
2. Dietary descriptions
Descriptions such as vegan, vegetarian, halaal or allergen-conscious apply only where specifically stated for a product. Unless confirmed in writing, these descriptions do not mean the product was prepared in a separately certified or allergen-free environment.
3. Handmade variations
Our treats are made and decorated by hand in small batches. Colour, size, pattern, toppings and finish may vary slightly from photographs or previous orders. These natural variations are not considered defects.
4. Crystal candy safety
Crystal candy is hard and may have firm or pointed edges. It should be eaten carefully and children should be supervised. It may not be suitable for very young children or anyone who has difficulty chewing hard sweets.
5. Storage and freshness
Follow any storage or use-by guidance supplied with the order. Keep products sealed, protected from heat and moisture, and refrigerated where instructed. Do not consume products that show damage, contamination or spoilage.
6. Custom colours and reference images
Screens display colours differently and edible colours can change during preparation. Reference images are used as inspiration; exact copies, shades or finishes cannot be guaranteed.
